About me

For more than two decades Cory has advised clients on a wide range of real estate matters, including residential and commercial transactions, land acquisitions, title and boundary issues, easements, leases, and dispute resolution. His practice is built on practical problem-solving, clear communication, and a deep understanding of how legal decisions affect long-term property value and use.  As both a seasoned attorney and an active participant in the real estate and agricultural communities, he understands property not just on paper—but on the ground.
 

Using his real estate experience to his advantage, Cory is also a licensed Real Estate agent, providing a unique perspective on transactions from contract to closing. This dual experience allows him to anticipate issues early, streamline deals, and help clients navigate the process with confidence.

Cory's experience is not just limited to his law practice; as a working rancher, he has firsthand knowledge of agricultural operations, water rights, grazing leases, fencing, and land stewardship.
